The large beachfront suite provided us with very nice views and easy access to the beach. My favorite part was lounging by the fine infinity pool while enjoying live music. The food was delicious, especially the fresh seafood. Having large sunbeds made it perfect.
In my wife's opinion, the local area was quite isolated with limited nearby dining options. We had to rely on taxis to explore, which can add up. Improving access to local eateries would greatly enhance the experience for families.

Thank you for a REALLY GOOD stay, we would happily return. It has large and well-equipped rooms with a safe, multi-channel television, and a mini fridge bar.

Had luxurious stay for 10 nights. The room was good-sized and brand-new, it had a fridge, coffee/tea makers, and a dining area. The breakfast was above average, and the restaurant was kept stocked. The hotel was set in a remote area so close to Nikki Beach restaurant so close, the sea is clean and blue as well as Lipa Noi beach which is a nice one and has a nice view of sunset. It also was on ocean which was surprising;)))

Couple's Luxurious Getaway
The staff were attentive, always there when we needed something. The breakfast buffet was out of this world, such a wide variety that it.
It wasn't inexpensive but still acceptable given the level of service.

All in all everything was wonderful, had a truly memorable stay for 10 nights. Nice and above average breakfasts with halal sausages and a chef making food to order, the staff were all in all kind. The location was super - an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

I had a fantastic stay and was pleasantly surprised with an early check-in and a beautiful garden villa upgrade that made our special occasion even more memorable. The relaxing spa treatments and stunning pool access were just what we needed to unwind. Just be aware that while the food was excellent, it’s a bit pricey, so plan accordingly! 🌴

Nikki Beach is first and foremost a beach resort with a small number of bungalows privately located to one side of the main beach resort. The layout of the bungalows ensures that all the bungalows have views of the sea, albeit those bungalows to the rear of development get only sea glimpses. The bungalows themselves are spacious and well appointed, with soft large king beds and comfortable deck furniture. All the staff are lovely and ensure your needs are well catered for and happily recomend other places to eat. Green Talay is an absolute must, the best thai food we ate on the island. Nikki Beach best feature is that its a relaxing place to be during the week, but with a day time party lifestyle at the weekends. Nikki is in a quiet area, which means that access to other restaurants is limited to the few resorts nearby, which aren't anything special. That said there were a couple of Thai cafes a few hundred meters along the road which offer simple, fresh good quality and exceptionally cheep thai food. While there try Lucky Massage, we had some of the our best massages there. There're not dirt cheap, but they know what they are doing and the massages are worth the 500bht.
Despite a strong focus on Nikki providing a beach resort lifestyle, the cocktails as in so many other places were served sweet and warm (and the sparkling wine in our first Bellini was flat). We took several cocktails back as they were too warm and cloying. At the very least the mixers and glasses should be kept chilled. The food at night whilst well presented was not as good as the price indicates it should be. We complained both nights we ate there and whilst one meal was replaced, its replacement was only marginally better. My recommendation; the customer relationship staff should focus on ensuring the food and drinks delivered by the staff reflect the menu descriptions and that the drinks are serve cool and fresh. Better to get this right, than to ask if we're having a good time, get this right and we will have a fantastic time. Service elsewhere in Nikki was great, so if they get the food and cocktails right the place will truely be how it presents itself.

The view is to die for, the pool
Was fantastic and the staff were attentive. The Wi-Fi struggled at times, frustrating. A great experience but improvements in connectivity would enhance the stay.

Best service, great parties and music, delicious food.
Location is far away from closest town and very far from the Chaweng strip. Need a bike or car that can be rented at the hotel or just to be secluded and relax at the hotel

I had a great time at the resort! The villa was stunning, especially with its unique stone bathroom walls. The breakfast had an amazing a la carte selection, especially those free mimosas! Also, there's a lively beach club atmosphere that made our stay super fun. However, I did notice that the plumbing in our villa wasn't quite up to par with the resort's vibe.
